Guldkorn Expressen

Guldkorn Expressen is a fun freeware advertising game from Denmark. Released in 1991 for the amiga by Supersoft. One of the first promotional games for the commodore amiga.


You play Puff the bear, your job is to collect boxes of cereal full of wheat grains, made from sugar-coated wheat.Using a little train and some wagons.
Since some bags lay off the default railroad, you need to flip switches that lie along the route to change tracks.
To help you with the switches you have a honeybee, that always follow the train. At firs it is quite easy, but gets difficult later on.
As the time limit gets shorter but you have more boxes of cereal to collect, and they lie on crooked, hard-to-navigate routes.

Also released in Sweden under the name Kalas puffars Expressen.
In the united kingdom, this breakfast cereal is known as honey monster.
Even this is at danish game, it is quite easy to play once you learnd how to controle the train and the honeybee.

Hugo på nye eventyr

Hugo på nye eventyr released by Silverrock Productions (later known as ITE, Interactive Television Entertainment) in 1992.


Scylla (also known as Sculla and named differently in some countries, including "Afskylia" in the original Danish version.
Has kidnaped Hugos wife Hugoline and their three children, Rit, Rat and Rut. Because she need them to make magical beauty treatment.
You must help Hugo rescue his family and defeat Sculla to bring peace to the woods, where the troll family lives.

You must complete a number of minigames and guessing games.
Meanwhile Scylla the witch, watches Hugo's progress and casts spells to stop him, from reaching her lair in the Skull Cave at a mountain peak.


Keyboard

Train: When a arrow is showen (right or left), track switch will apear ahead.
Press <4> and <6> to turn down the switch. I found out that, if you are playing amiga forever. You must press:
4 = a
6 = d

Mountain: <4> will make him pick up backs of gold.  <5> will make Hugo jump. And <9> will bring him to the next level. Amiga forever press:
4 = a
5 = w
9 = w+d

Afskylias cave: Press <1>, <2>, <3> or <4> in order to choose a rope.

Joystick

Train: When a arrow is showen (right or left), track switch will apear ahead.
Move your joystick in the same direction at the arrow points. In order to turn the switch.

Mountain: Hugo will jump if you move the joystick forward, and jump to the platform if you move the joystick to the left.
He will move on to the next level, if you move the joystick to the top right corner.


Scyllas cave: Move the joystick left or right, until the number of your choice lights up.
Then press fire.

HUGO

Hugo was released by SilverRock Productions (renamed as Interactive Television Entertainment in 1992) in 1992 for the amiga. A Copenhagen-based Danish company founded in 1988.
There are several Hugo video games based on early episodes of television show Hugo.


The creator behind Hugo, Niels Krogh Mortensen. Was only 21 years old when he created Hugo. The game that soon would take Denmark and the rest of the world by storm.
Hugo was first introduced to the world in the Danish television program Eleva2ren.

At Hugo's premier show in Spain (which was the first country after Denmark who introduced Hugo to the tv viewers).

The TV station had chosen a famous comedian, who was the first to play the game where Hugo has to drive a train. He was so busy telling jokes that he did not get Hugo off the train in time.

All of Spain and all the media was watching this amazing the "amazing" interactive adventure.

Space Ace II: Borf's Revenge

Space Ace II: Borf's Revenge, publisher by ReadySoft in 1991 for the amiga.
The Space Ace is back. Unfortunately so is his sworn enemy. Borf.
Space Ace II follows on directly from the original with the action starting where you left off.
At the end of your previous adventure Borf had been reduced to a baby by his own Infanto Ray (with which he intend to take over the Earth).


The Infanto ray lies mere feet away and before you can react, the Goons reverse the effects of the beam and the big bad guy is back to his normal self.
Before you can shout "Holy super nova." Kimberly is gone and the galaxy is threatened again.
Being an all round hero type you just had to give chase.

Ace looked at Kimberly, the baby Borf cradled in her arms and he
thought back to all that had happened.  It began when the evil adult Borf
constructed his ultimate weapon - the Infanto Ray.  It could transform
anyone into a harmless infact with a single blast and with it, Borf had
the power to vanquish the nations of Earth.

In a desperate fight with Borf to save the unwary populace of
Earth, Ace was zapped by the weapon and transformed into a childlike alter
ego named Dexter.  Drained of his strength, Dexter's only help came from a
special wrist-watch which, from time-to-time, provided him with enough
power to energize into his former self, the mighty Space Ace.  To make
matters worse, Borf kidnapped Ace's beloved Kimberly and took her to his
orbiting space station.

Enraged, Dexter started a furious race against time and deadly
enemies to save Kimberly and the Earth.  He battled lethal machines, vile
monsters and evil robots until finally meeting Borf in a last, desperate
struggle.  Space Ace was almost defeated, but he outsmarted Borf and shot
the villain with his own Infanto Ray.

Now Borf was nestled in Kimberly's caring arms, who had taken a
liking to the adoring baby.  She wanted to raise him in an attempt to keep
Borf from becoming the villain he once was.  Although Borf now seemed only
an infant, the same evil persona lay hidden beneath that adorable blue face
and he yearned to be restored to his former power.

Sitting not far from Ace and Kimberly, Borf's vicious little Goons
planned their revenge.  All they had to do was get the baby Borf back and
use the Infanto Ray's reverse setting to restore him.  Their plan was set.
Just as you think things are over a mob of Goons race towards you and snatch
Borf and your beautiful girlfriend Kimberly.

Dragon's Lair III: The Curse of Mordread

Dragon's Lair III: The Curse of Mordread Publisher by ReadySoft in 1993 for the amiga.



You, Dirk the Daring, are on a quest to rescue the Fair Princess Daphne. Who has been kidnapped and is being held captive by the Evil Wizard Mordroc. To do this you must survive a perilous journey and defeat all of your adversaries. Make you way through the castle and caverns by using your joystick to move and wield your sword. Beeare of your foes as they are numerous.

Bar games

Bar games was developed by ArtisTech Development and released for Commodore Amiga in 1989 by Accolade inc. This game contains five subgames. Liars dice, wet´n wild, last call, air hockey and pick-up artist.


Each of the events of  the bar games can be played individually.
Choose between:

In the tournament, players face each challenge in succession, starting with
liars dice, then wet´n wild, etc.  player one always plays each event first

The high scores are shown in the last several pages of the bar games menu.

When you complete a tournament,the Tournament Standings screen lists the order
of finish for the tournament just played.

You can use either the keyboard or joystick to play.


Liar´s dice

Each player begins this game with 100 chips.  There are ten rounds. If,
however, your chip total becomes zero at the end of any round, the game is
over.  Each round opens with your first WAGER in increments of five, from 5
to 500 chips, but, of course,you can not wager more chips than you have.

You win if:  You call your computer opponent and her bid is higher than the
actual combination of hands; or your opponent calls your bid, and the actual
combination of hands is equal to, or greater than your bid.

You looose if:  You call the computer opponent and her bid is equal to or less
than the actual combination of hands; or Your opponent calls your bid, and the
actual combination of hands is less than your bid.


Wet´n wild

Is in real just a Wet T-Shirt Contest, the object of this lubricious entertainment is to dunk as many buckets of water as you can from a catwalk onto a contestant on a stage below.  You get a maximum of 16 buckets and one minute per round to get the hardbody below at least 80% wet.  Each time you do, you move on to a new contestant.

There are 8 possible rounds.  A round is over when all your buckets are empty
or the time hits zero or you have gotten a contestant 100% wet.  The game is
over when you fail to get any contestant at least 80% wet, or when the timer
hits zero in the final 8th round.

Scoring and Extra Buckets.

You can earn points for each percentage point that you get any contestant wet.
Check the wetness gauge , a horizontal bar above the contestant's name, to see
how wet you've gotten the contestant.

Direct hit      =      25% Wet
Near hit        =      12% Wet
Marginal hit    =       6% Wet
Miss            =       0% Wet

For every 200 points you score, you earn one EXTRA BUCKET.  These appear only
at the beginning of succeeding rounds, and only replace those buckets kicked
off by earlier contestants.

If you get any contestant 100% wet, you earn 5 bonus points.
for each second remaining in the round, as well as 10 bonus.
points for each unused bucket remaining.

Last call

You are the bartender.  Your job:  Slide mugs of beer down a long, sleek,
3-tiered bar to thirsty patrons.  Precision throwing is a pure art - too weak,
and the mug slides off the bar short of the mark; too strong, and the mug goes
tumbling over your customer's outstretched hand.

Each of the four rounds consists of a one hour shift,and the rounds take place
on four consecutive "nights" - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Naturally, as you head into the weekend, each night is a lot tougher than the
preceding one.


Air hockey

A simple game that requires complex motor skills, always present in any bar
situation.  On screen is a standard air hockey table.  The object is to score
goals by using your PADDLE to knock the PUCK into the slot (goal) on the
opponent's end of the table.

As you advance, goals are worth more points and the bonus "constant" is higher

Pick-up artist

Employing your best pick-up lines, find the girl with the flower on Wednesday
night, so that you can take her on a series of three dates.  If you can
satisfy her conversational desires on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well,
then you receive the big Weekend Reward.

Once you gather enough gumption to strike up a conversation, Stephanie, Michelle or Anastasia.
There are some basic conversational guidelines.  No matter which girl you choose to talk to
on the first night (Wednesday), the computer will ask you a series of three
questions, and you have three possible replies to each question.

If you select the correct replies to all three questions - and she is the one
with the flower - then you can earn the right to take her on a date Thursday,
the next night.

Hare raising havoc

Hare Raising Havoc is a side-scrolling puzzle adventure game developed by BlueSky Software in 1991 for the Amiga and MS-DOS, and published Disney Software.

Baby Herman runs away after he catches sight of the large baby-bottle-shaped sign on top of a local bottling plant.
Roger Rabbit is in charge of the babysitting. In order not to be sent back to the science lab.
He has to find his way out of the house, and up onto the roof of the plant, before Mommy arrives home. and finds out Baby Herman missing.



Level skip:
Hold [Left Alt] + [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F5] to advance to the next level.

I only found two answers to the questions in the beginning of the game. Apple How many of this item does Roger have in his shirt pocket? 0

Hourglass How many of this item does Roger have in his FRONT pocket? 1



Mommy is going shopping for an hour, and she has asked Roger Rabbit to watch
Baby Herman while she is gone.  While Roger is telling Mommy what a good job
he'll do, Baby Herman spots a giant milk bottle on top of Tasty Moo Dairy
and crawls away.  Roger has sixty cartoon minutes to find Baby Herman and
get him back home.  In order to do this, Roger has to find his way out of
seven different areas.  The normal exits are locked or blocked, so Roger
must use his wits and the objects in the room or area he is in to get
himself out.  Roger will want to try everything around him.  Have him pull,
push, kick, slide and jump on objects to see if they'll help him escape.

Hints

The following section contains general hints on how you
might complete a room.  These are just hints, there is a
complete walkthrough for the game at the end of this
document that will specifically tell you what to do to win.


Hints for the living room

Try pulling chains and see what happens.  Use your head.
Roger will have to move some furniture around in order to
get out of this room.
Don't trip over the lump in the carpet.  Hmmmm...I wonder
what that could be?
There's a nasty fish in the fishbowl.  You'll need to use
Roger's magnetic personality to get what you need.
Mommy's not home.  Jump on the furniture!
Around and around he goes, where will he land?  Nobody
knows.
Time's a wastin' so get out fast!


Hints for the kitchen

Old Mother Hubbard's cupboards were bare.  But Mommy's may
or may not be.  This is a key problem.
Repeating things may bring timely rewards.
Quick!  Try to get something off the shelves.
Mommy's going to have to buy paper plates when Roger gets
through with the kitchen!
Once Roger gets past the sink, he's really cookin' now.
Swing high, swing low.  Do you know which way to go?


Hints for the bathroom

You can't go far slipping on that wet floor.  Something might
get soaked.
After all he's been through so far, Roger might need to
freshen up.  This should give him a lift, but don't let this
hint throw you.
Roger needs hot and cold to be just right.  Remember, hot
air usually rises.
Try the plumber's helper to give Roger a boost.
Up, up and away is the key to getting out of this room.


Hints for the backyard

Water Pressure can really help get you over annoying
obstacles.
That's some high powered fertilizer!
There may be more in the tree than meets the eye.  I'd keep
checking if I were you. A watched bucket never fills.
Douse the heat to give Fido a treat. If Roger is quick, the tire-swing should do the trick.


Hints for the street

Some people are allergic to feathers, and we're not clowning
around! One good sneeze deserves another, if it's done in a timely
fashion. Some trash is valuable, but be sure to put things back where
you found them. Roger's magnetic personality may not be enough.  He may need
to lure in some help.


Hints for the construction site

Roger has more than one pocket.  Try carrying more than one
item. Gee, that cement mixer looks a lot like something else.  Try
it out.  It can be a bang!
Turning things upright can help Roger get to the right (But
TNT doesn't hurt, either!).


Hints for the factory (Dairy)

Remember:  You can't do anything to a bottle unless it's
clean, you can't put a nipple on it until it is full, you
can't stack it until it is labeled and complete, and you
can't save Baby Herman until you can reach the window.
This one's pretty much up to you!

The nameless sex worker, Fawn, Faith and Eve the bathing beauty and Larry's ultimate goal.

Enter cab (get in to taxi).

Go to casino (go to casino).

On arrival get out of taxi(get out of taxi)
Go in to the casion and find the ashtray (look at ashtray) and (get card)
Go in to the cabaret, find a empty tabel and sit (sit). Look at the girls (look girls)
Leave the room, and go back ind. Now there should be a comedian. He will tell some jokes.
Leave the cabaret and go to the slot machines. Play the slot closest to the entrance (use slot).
Play a few bucks and leave (exit).
Try the blackjack tabel (sit).
Save the game :-)
Bet (change bet) and try to win some money.
Blackjack is your best chance of winning some money.
Since it is not totally dependent on luck
Try to win 250$ and the leave the casino. The leave the blackjack table (exit)

Go to the right of the screen.
You need to got back and forth between chapel and the casino.
Untill you meet the guy in a barrel. It can take a while before he shows up.
Or you can try and find him next time you come to the casino.
Talk to the guy, and buy the apple from him (buy apple).
Call a taxi (cab) and (get in to taxi/cab)
Ask the taxi driver to go to the disco (disco).

At the disco, get out of the taxi (get out).
Go up to the bouncer at the door, show him the card (show card).
Sit at the tabel where the girl is sitting (sit) and look at the girl (look lady).
You can look at the girl again (look lady) or just talk to her (talk to lady).
Talk to the girl af few times, and read her responses. Eventual she will talk with you.
Now try and give her a rose (give rose).
And the give her the candy (give candy).
You can give the ring to the girl ashwell (give ring).
Ask the girl to dance (dance) and (get up).
After the john travolta moves on the dance floor, go back to the tabel (sit).
Look at the girl (look girl).
She will ask you to marry her, if you give her some money (give money).
Get up (get up) and leave the disco.

Go to the left, avoid the guy in the street and look at the phone (look phone).
Read the phone number and the use the phone to call (use phone).

Finaly you must choose between peppermint or spearmint? (peppermint).
Leave the store and go out to the street again.

Pickup the phone (take phone)
Give the wine to the man on the street, when he ask you for wine (give wine).

Tell the cab driver to go to the chapel (chapel).

Pay the cab driver on arrival (pay) and (get out)
Talk to the man in the brown cottoncoat (talk to man)

You must go to the casino and play some blackjack. You are going to need more money.
Win about 100$ before you go to the elevator in the back of the casino (press four).
Fort floor got the honeymoon suite, look for the door with the heart (knock on door).
Go in to the suite and talk to Fawn (talk to fawn)
You must turn on the radio (turn on radio), with the phonenumber from the comercial,
You go to the elevator (press one)

Exit the casino and call a taxi (cab) and (get into cab).
Ask the taxi driver to go to the store (store)

At the stor, pay and get out of taxi (pay) and (get out)
Use the phone to dial the phonenumber 555-8039 to get some wine (dial phone)
Ask for wine (wine)
Delivered to the honeymoon suite (honeymoon suite)
Call a taxi again (cab) and (get into cab)
Drive back to the casino (casino)

Pay the taxi (pay) and (get out)
Hurry back to the honeymoon suite and knock on the door one more time.
Pour some wine (pour wine) and (talk to Fawn)
You can now lie on the bed (lie on bed) or try (undress).
UPS, you must now try to get out of the ropes (use knife).
Remember to take the rope before you leave the suite (get rope)
Once again you must play blackjack. Go down to the first floor and play.
When you won 100$ you go out on the street

Call a taxi (cab) and (get into cab)
Go back to Lefty´s (lefty´s) or (bar)
At Lefty´s (pay) and (get out).
Inside Lefty´s you must knock on the red door (knock door) and (Ken sent me).
On the first floor you must go to the bed and look at the lady (look lady).
Undress and put on a condom before you jump in to the bed (undress) and (wear condom).
It is time to jump in to the bed (lie on bed) or (get in bed).
After some fun, you must look at the lady and remember to remove the condom (look lady) and (remove condom).
Get out of the window (climb out window).

Go right and look at the window (look window) and (tie rope to balcony) and (tie rope to Larry) and (lean over) and (use hammer) and (get bottle) and (climb back) and (untie rope).
Get down by the fire stairs and get out of dumpster (get out of dumpster)
Go back to the street and call a taxi (cab) and (get into cab)

You play against four computer-controlled spitting images of your choice or randomly chosen.
Now you must try to win world domination. In order to do that, you get 4 options:

* Build weapons
* Propaganda
* Launch a nuclear attack
* Defence

You got one move for every turn.


Don't take this the wrong way. I played this game alot back in the late 80´.
But, the gameplay is quite limited in its design.
And winning i based on luck rather than skills.
If you are very unlucky, all four enemies can choose to attack you.
